LIFE EVENTS

The Seasons of my life come and go...

The Church is here to mark the steps along life's path as we journey towards God. The Church of England has a ministry to all people within each parish, and doesn't exist only for those who attend.

There are many occasions which call for the ministry of the church as exercised through its clergy and licensed lay people:

  • marriage: Banns Application Form
PLEASE NOTE THAT ST SAVIOUR'S MISSION CHURCH
IS NOT LICENCED FOR MARRIAGES: as the law currently stands, you may only marry in an Anglican Church if you live in that parish or you are on the Church's Membership List (Electoral Roll): to be on that list you must be a regular worshipper at that church for at least 6 months before applying
  • check to see if you live in the parish
  • celebrations of friendship and relationship
  • anniversaries of marriage
  • blessing of a new home
  • ministry at the time of death
